By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following terms. I reserve the right to refuse any commission at my discretion.I do not create NSFW content involving minor characters or feral characters. Any request that falls into these categories will be declined without exception.Payment is due after the sketch has been completed and presented to the client. Work will not continue beyond the sketch stage until payment is received. If the client wishes, payment may be made upfront before the sketch stage based on trust. All prices are listed in USD, and payment is accepted via PayPal only. No work will be started or continued without the required payment.The estimated turnaround time for commissions is approximately one to two months. Commissions are completed in the order they are received, and completion times may vary depending on queue position, complexity of the artwork, and current workload.Under no circumstances may my artwork be edited, altered, processed, or used in connection with any AI tools, artificial intelligence software, machine learning systems, or similar technologies. This includes uploading, feeding, or modifying the artwork in any AI platform or dataset.I reserve the full right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, on my social media platforms, and in any promotional materials unless confidentiality is explicitly requested and agreed upon in advance.By commissioning artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
